				For almost a decade I have worked across both the public and private sectors creating employment and career development opportunities for Indigenous Australians. Long ago I realised that self determination cannot be achieved unless we become economically self-sufficient as a people. For this to be accomplished, we must increase our levels of employment, skills attainment and become more active in private enterprise.
		I aim to assist indigenous people in reaching their full potential by contributing toward the economic development and social evolution of Australia, as an integral segment of the global community. This vision is the motivation that promulgated the establishment of my employment consultancy company. My methodologies are to evaluate circumstances, explore options, identify opportunities, develop strategies, and achieve measurable outcomes.
