The
Recruitment and Selection of employees can be very time consuming,
expensive, and is fraught with legal compliance issues. Equal
Employment Opportunity, Anti Discrimination and Workplace Health and
Safety legislation must all be taken into account during this
process.
JREC can handle the entire process for you whether you need one or
one hundred employees, screening each person, matching skill sets
with job requirements, arranging pre-employment training if
necessary and addressing all legal compliance issues. We are also
uniquely placed to assist in the induction and orientation of Indigenous
placements and we can arrange and coordinate Indigenous representation on
employment Selection Panels.
The Federal Government's New Apprenticeships program provides
support for employers taking on new apprentices and you may also be
eligible for financial assistance under the National Training
Wage. We will assess your eligibility for assistance under these
and other programs and put together an appropriate incentive
package.
We can also provide ongoing support after placement including
Mentoring and Support, Cultural Awareness and Career
Development and Training.
